    Returns

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customised items and underwear are not eligible for returns except in the case of product faults. If you find a fault within 30 days then you will be entitled to a refund. After 30 days we can only repair or replace the item.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    How to measure

    Bust: around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
    Under bust: directly under your bust, where a bra band sits.
    Waist: around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above your belly button.
    Low rise waist: around your hips where low rise pants sit, roughly at the top of your hip bones. Use this for the Chloe Pants.
    Hips: around the fullest part of your hips and bum.
